Our
daily charters in Cook Inlet will put you into some of the best halibut
fishing in Alaska! |
DAILY HALIBUT
CHARTERS FROM MAY THROUGH LABOR DAY
We specialize in halibut trips. Our
charter office in the village of Ninilchik is located next to one of the
most productive halibut fisheries in Alaska. For over 20 years, weve been
able to provide our clients with access to this incredible fishery by being
able to launch and retrieve our boats from the beach at Deep Creek just
south of town. This unique tractor launch arrangement puts us into excellent
fishing areas, usually within an hour of leaving the office, giving us a
better opportunity to fish the entire tide cycle. Our departure times differ
each day according to this cycle and were able to put our clients on fish
for the duration of the charter. The limit for halibut remains at 2 fish for
each client and by using circle hooks we are able to release smaller fish
unharmed in search for the bigger ones. Halibut range in size from 15 pounds
to over 200 pounds and yield about 50 percent of their body weight in
boneless fillets. Whether you live here locally or are visiting from afar, a
halibut charter is an adventure worth taking!

LINGCOD COMBO TRIPS IN JULY AND AUGUST
Prehistoric looking monster lingcod prey in the rocky
bottoms near the Gulf of Alaska. These long range adventurous trips will
create lifetime memories as one of the most incredible fishing experiences
youve ever had. Searching for lingcod puts us in the same areas with
halibut and rockfish, so the chance of catching a delicious variety of
numerous fish is likely. Long range trips such as this require perfect
weather conditions and Alaskas marine weather does not always cooperate
with our scheduling plans. Therefore, all lingcod trips are booked as
halibut charters until the day before departure so we can look at the marine
weather forecast and decide if the conditions are favorable for the Gulf
waters. Because of the expense involved with long range charters, individual
bookings are at request until at least 5 fishermen can be combined on a
given day. Individuals or groups less than 5 persons have a better chance of
completing this adventure when their schedules are more flexible. We
encourage you to put together enough fishermen in your group to buy the
boat.

SALMON COMBO
TRIPS IN MAY AND JULY
Imagine the best of both worlds, salmon AND halibut on the same charter!

of their home rivers before heading out to find the halibut. These trips are
only available during the peak of the migration from mid-May through the
first week in June for the first run, and again from the 1st-15th
of July for the second run.

WESTERN COOK INLET
RAZOR CLAM ADVENTURES
The ultimate clam digging experience! This charter
takes adventure seekers to the remote wilderness areas on the western shores
of Cook Inlet. Accessible only by boat or bush planes, this trip takes us
away from civilization and puts you in the heart of the most productive
razor clam beaches on the planet. At this time, there are no bag limits to
the amount of clams a person can dig and the virtually untouched beaches are
teaming with succulent clams just below the surface. Cook Inlet has the
second strongest tidal zones in the world which means hundreds of square
miles of exposed beaches appear during the full moon and no moon tide
cycles. Charters can be scheduled for clam digging only or can also be part
of our combo packages with a stop for halibut fishing on the way back to
the eastern shores. Just imagine serving up dinner for the family with clam
chowder and halibut that you caught in Alaska!

experience. Therefore, weve developed a fair cancellation policy.
A $50 service fee applies to all refunds. Any
cancellation with 30 days (or more) notice will be fully refunded, minus the
service fee. Any cancellation received with less than 30 days notice, but
more than 10 days notice, will be charged a $50 per seat fee, plus the
service charge. Reservations cancelled without at least 10 days notice will
not be refunded. If, however, we are able to sell your seats on the trip

advance as you can to increase the possibility of filling your seats which
will benefit all the partys involved.
At times,
ocean going trips may be cancelled due to weather or other factors beyond
our control. Safety is our number one concern. In the event of weather,
mechanical malfunctions or other safety related cancellations brought about
by the company and/or captain in charge of a charter, a full refund will be
given immediately.
